Abstract: In the early morning hours of July 11, 1804, two men stood facing each other on a New Jersey cliff side. One was the U.S. vice president, Aaron Burr, and the other was Alexander Hamilton, the secretary of the treasury. They were ready to fight to the death for honor.

This book does not cut it for me in as a Caldecott winner. it just doesn't have it. the pictures made me more confused in following the story, because it just seemed to touch the surface and not the entire depth of the story, especially how much it means to how history and heritage as a country.
